Cody Frank

Cody was born and raised in the Eugene/Springfield area where he attended Thurston High School and Lane Community College. He started his fire service career at the age of 18 as a volunteer with Oakridge Fire & EMS. Cody spent a total of 4 years at Oakridge as both a volunteer and full time career Firefighter/EMT. During that time, Cody achieved certifications such as Firefighter 1, Advanced EMT, as well as his EMT-Intermediate. He coordinated volunteer recruitment, retention, and training, all while gaining experience on an advanced life support ambulance. Cody joined the Dexter Fire Department in June of 2017. During the last 3 years at Dexter, Cody has risen through the ranks of Firefighter, Engineer, and currently holds the rank of Lieutenant. Since his arrival, Cody has obtained certifications such as Firefighter 2, Fire Instructor 1, Hazmat Incident Commander, and recently attended the Fire Officer 2 class and received his certification as well. Cody is currently assigned to training and maintenance.
